I needed someone to take care of a
water damage problem at my home. Brian ( the owner) came along on the job and explained in detail how the process worked and the finished price was EXACTLY the same as the price quoted before he began the work. I was pleased with the professional attitude and the work was excellent. Prior to the
water damage, I was using another carpet cleaning company but I switched to Brian when I saw the results of Action Cleaning's team. My carpets have never looked better and Brian was able to get out a stain that my previous company left in (after telling me there was no way to get it out). Awesome Service! I have had my carpets cleaned by 4 different companies and Action Cleaning was the best one of them all. First off there was no bait and switch on prices like the other companies who I used (the other companies quoted a price and by the time they were done it was over $150 or more). Second they arrived on the scheduled time I requested. Third no high pressure sales and my carpets were amazingly clean and they got spots out that the other carpet cleaning companies stated that coudl not come out. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again.
HONEST, HONEST, HONEST!!! I relocated from St. Louis to Colorado for my job. I needed several things done to my home in STL, in order to rent it out. I was recommended to Action Cleaning aka Brian through my realtor. He was amazing!! Not only was I doing everything via phone, and 16 hours away, I was also very desperate to get things done. I have used Action cleaning several times now and am very happy with how Fast and prompt they can come out to your house on such short notice (pet accidents). They are priced very reasonable. Im a very satisfied customer and will continue to use them.,
